Despatch
We will endeavour to despatch your order in 2-3 working days from receiving your order; this may vary during busier times. If you order is urgent, please contact us before you place your order.
If your parcel has not arrived 10 days after expected arrival date, please email us at hello@simplyjojo.co.uk and we will do our best to locate your order for you.

Packaging & Returns Policy
We take a lot of care when packaging orders to not only ensure your items arrive safely, but that it is as eco-friendly as possible.
All our parcels are protectively wrapped and should reach you in the same condition they left us. However, in the event that your order has been damaged during transit, please email us at: hello@simplyjojo.co.uk
Please note, we cannot replace or refund items that have been used.
